Barb is the best realtor. We had worked with and interviewed other agents prior to her. We picked her because after researching and talking with her it was readily apparent she has a wealth of experience and is someone you definitely want in your corner. She has so much knowledge and connections from being a very busy, hard working realtor and it shows. She was our agent to buy our new house as well as to sell our condo. Everything worked out great thanks to her even in this crazy market. We are so happy we found her!

Barb Maty was a fantastic Realtor. This was my wife and I's first home purchase. Barb took us to so many homes so we could better understand the type of place we really wanted to call home.

She was very knowledgeable in the areas of Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties, where we came from and looked. She was also extremely knowledgeable in what are positives and negatives of every home we looked at. She gave us space when needed to explore the homes and was there to answer questions when we had them.

Barb worked with us to purchase our home in the Fall of 2014. In the 5 months leading up to the purchase, Barb worked tirelessly with us to find the ideal home for our needs and dreams. She went well beyond the call of duty to guide us along the way and was always available in short order to answer any inquiries we had - sometimes several per day. When we were ready to sell in 2020, there was no doubt who we would entrust the process to. Especially considering we needed to sell in the midst of the pandemic - which brought a whole world of unique challenges to manage. Our original experience with Barb is what drove our selection of her as our selling agent. -she was upfront and honest to our questions.
